What QannasAPI does

QannasAPI is a data API: it retrieves publicly available information from the web — search results, business listings, company and professional profiles, website metadata, and public classifieds — and returns it as structured JSON to the customer who requested it.

We process data from public sources only. We do not circumvent authentication, access private accounts, or collect data that is not publicly visible.

Data we collect about our customers

Account data: the email address and credentials you register with, plus API keys issued to your account.

Usage data: API calls made with your key, credits charged, and technical logs (timestamps, status codes, request IDs) needed to operate, meter, and secure the service.

Billing data: when you purchase credits or a subscription, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Website analytics

This marketing site uses privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog, served from our own domain) and, where configured, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to understand usage and measure campaigns. Session replay may record on-page interactions on this site. You can block these with standard browser privacy tools without affecting site functionality.

How API response data is handled

Responses are generated from public sources at request time. We retain request logs for metering, abuse prevention, and reliability, and we cache results briefly where needed to operate the service efficiently.

If you find personal data in a response and want it reviewed, or you believe a source should not be processed, contact us — we honor legitimate removal requests and work with upstream sources accordingly.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, and UAE PDPL), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. We maintain GDPR/CCPA/PDPL statements and a DPA template for customers who need one.
