Pricing

Pay per answer, not per attempt

Every job quotes its exact price before it runs — the quote is free. If a lookup finds nothing, it costs nothing. And every answer comes back with a receipt. We count in credits: most lookups use 1 — about 2 cents.

  • Free quote before every job
  • No result, no charge
  • A receipt on every answer

Free to start

Free starter credits · one time

Every new account starts with free credits — once, no card required. That is enough to run a real job, see the receipt, and judge the result before you pay anything. Top-up packs start at $10 for 500 credits.

Searches use 1 credit per contact found — a bigger search costs more because it finds more, never because it tried more.

That's the ceiling. Lookups that find nothing are free, so real runs usually cost less — a typical 15-person verified list comes to about 36 credits, not 105.

The honest data bill

Three promises, written into the product

Data tools usually bill every attempt. We built the meter the other way around.

It asks before it spends.

Every job comes with a free price quote up front — shown as "up to X, typically Y." Nothing runs until you see the number and say yes.

No result, no charge.

A lookup that finds nothing bills exactly zero. Our failures are never billed either.

A receipt on every answer.

Every result arrives with its exact cost and your remaining balance.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

What exactly am I buying?
A credit buys an answer. Most lookups use 1 credit — about 2 cents. The genuinely hard ones use more: a found work email 5, a phone number 10, a classifieds seller's revealed number 15. Credits get cheaper on bigger plans.
Will this quietly burn through my money?
No — this is the part we're proudest of. Every job quotes its exact price before it runs, free. An empty lookup charges exactly zero. Every answer carries a receipt: what it cost, what's left.
What happens when it can't find something?
You pay nothing. An empty answer bills zero, and failures on our side are never billed.
Why did my search use more than 1 credit?
Searches use 1 credit per contact found — 40 people found is 40 credits, 3 found is 3. You pay more only when you get more; the free quote shows the ceiling first.
Do my credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Subscription credits carry over while you're subscribed — save up to two months' worth; only the amount above that cap expires at renewal.
Pack or subscription?
Packs for bursts ($10 for 500, no expiry, no commitment); subscriptions for steady work (cheaper per credit; yearly adds two months free). You can hold both.
Is the free tier really free?
Free starter credits, once, no card. The catch is that it's one-time, not monthly — it exists so you can run one real job and judge the result.
How do I know what I was charged?
Every answer carries its own receipt, and your account page shows the full history. No end-of-month surprises.
How do I pay?
All major cards, processed securely by Stripe. Crypto payments via Trust Wallet are coming soon.
