Where the data comes from
Public business information, handled properly
- QannasAPI works only with publicly available information — the kind anyone can see in a search result, a business directory, or a public listing.
- We never log into anyone's account, never access private data, and never collect anything hidden behind a sign-in.
- Answers are cross-checked against multiple independent sources before we call them verified.
- You get structured facts — names, numbers, addresses, figures — not copies of anyone's pages, photos, or listings.
- If someone asks for their information to be reviewed or removed, we honor legitimate requests.
- We maintain GDPR, CCPA and UAE PDPL statements and a data-processing agreement for customers who need one.
- Covering nine regional marketplaces and directories across the Gulf.
Why it won't make things up
Judge us on our numbers
Your assistant on its own guesses from memory. With QannasAPI, every line is a live lookup, and the billing model makes honesty checkable: an invented answer would still bill — we charge zero when nothing is found, so the receipt is the proof. When we can't find something, we say so, and that costs you nothing.

The data is public business contact information, checked for deliverability before you send. We never promise "cold-email freely" — we give you the verified facts and the grades, and the sending decisions stay yours.
Security, in plain words
Broken into, on purpose, by our own people
We run adversarial security reviews against our own platform — people whose job is to break in, cross between customer accounts, and corrupt results. Every confirmed finding has been fixed and is pinned by automated tests so it can't quietly come back. Cards are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Every Pass use is written to a permanent, append-only record — which lookup ran, what it cost — and we record that a question was asked, never what was in it.
